We are closed on Sunday's, although if you need reservations for
that evening please call our cell. At times we are out running errands, so please leave a message if we
do not answer and we will return your call promptly. We can

Cancellation
Policy: In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 72 hours notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your
room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. All cancellations
are billed at minimum of $25 per night per room. If the
reservation is cancelled with the 72 hours cancellation period at
minimum one night is billed, unless we can rebook the reservation. Group bookings, Major holiday bookings and special event dates require 2 weeks cancellation
notice or longer.
Children
over
the age of seven (7) are welcome
in the Inn for overnight accommodations.
Billing:
Typically we do not bill your card until arrival and check-in. Each room has only one bed and the maximum occupancy is two people per room.
We pre-bill for holidays, group bookings and special events.
Check In Time: Monday - Friday: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
or self check-in afterwards.
Saturday: 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. or self check-in.
Sunday: Self check-in. Instructions will be listed on confirmation.
Check Out:
By 11:00 a.m. on scheduled
day of departure.
We know arrival times cannot be known at times, so if you need to check in earlier or later than these times, please email us at
stay@saras.com for self check-in instructions.

Sara's Breakfast:
We know breakfast is an important part of the day and we strive to provide a nice complimentary and filling breakfast, although we do not consider it gourmet. Our emphasis is on providing a nice, clean, comfortable, safe place to stay. For your enjoyment we provide one complimentary breakfast serving per registered guest. Additional guests can be arranged ahead of time for an additional charge of $10 for beverage and breakfast; partial amount if only beverages - notice required.]
Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m to 9:00 a.m. A continental plus
self-serve breakfast is offered Monday thru Friday mornings.
Continental includes Fresh fruit, fresh baked goods, yogurt,
cereals, oatmeal, boiled eggs, waffle iron to make fresh Belgian
waffles, coffee and juice. One complimentary breakfast serving
provided for each registered guest. We call it a
continental breakfast, and Jeanie is always willing
to whip up eggs to order during the week.
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. - a hot breakfast or self-serve station is served in the Garden Room. Consists of coffee, juice, teas, various breads, fresh fruit, waffle iron to make fresh Belgian waffles, cereals, yogurt, a hot egg dish (usually
Cajun scrambled eggs or breakfast quiche, and good ole biscuits and gravy. <b>One complimentary breakfast serving provided for each registered guest.

No Smoking: Sara's is a <b>non-smoking</b> facility. Smoking
is permitted in outside areas and balconies only. Candles, incense, smoking, pipes, cigars or anything that burns is absolutely not permitted inside the Inn; $200.00 fine assessed if violated.

Room Decorations for Special Occasion:
Sorry, we know rose petals are romantic, but they stain the
carpet and bedding - silk petals are a good alternative.
And yes, candles are great too, but we cannot allow them for
obvious reasons such as fire. Please note if excessive
cleaning is needed for decorations an extra cleaning fee will be
charged. No
glitter, incense, candles or items that may require extra
cleaning.

Pets: We are pet lovers, but cannot allow pets in the Inn.; $100 daily fine if violated, plus cost to exterminate.

Stairs and Safety:
Here at Sara's there are several stairs to navigate. If you have special concerns please ask ahead of time.
Sorry we are not handicap assessable.

Overnight Accommodations:
**Please note that when booking an overnight room it is for
accommodations only based on double occupancy.
If you would like to book the Inn for a meeting, event, bridal
event, private event or for professional photography shots or
sittings please inquire about pricing. Group bookings do not
include event facilities, but may be booked separately. Separate
charges apply for rental of facility for parties, hiring of
vendors who do business on Sara's Inn property, dressing room
for outside guests, photographers,
or anything other than overnight accommodations.

Cleaning: All rooms are lightly cleaned daily.
Please excuse all the policies, we really are a great place to stay and one that we strive to have you return to time and time again! Sara's Inn is a semi-monitored Inn.
Please note that we are not a destination Inn.
Managers/owners live on site, but not in Inn.

Maximum Room
Rates can apply during special circumstances, high occupancy
periods, and/or special events in Houston.
Maximum Room Rates range from $150 to $500 per night. Rates
are quoted online under the Check Availability
tab.
Parking: Parking is on site.
One car per room.
Texas Hotel/Motel tax is 17% of your nightly rate.
