Do your rooms have private en suite bathrooms?

Yes, all rooms have a private bath in the room, except for the Paris room which has a private bath across the hall.

Are the rooms cleaned daily?

Yes we have a housekeeping staff that cleans the rooms daily.

Should we leave a tip for the housekeeping staff at the end of our stay?

The staff always appreciates a tip.

Do you have a shuttle service?

There is no shuttle service, but Uber, Yellow Cab Taxi and Metro Bus Line are all available in Houston.

Are early or late check-ins allowed?

Yes, we make arrangements for early and late check-ins, please inquire.

Do you have wireless internet and cable TV available?

Yes.  There is wireless internet at the property and cable TV in all the rooms. We also have a guest computer on site.

Are you handicap accessible?

Sorry, we are not.  There are several steps to get inside the Inn, and two steps down to get into the dining room. 

Is this a good place for someone to stay that expects 24/7 concierge service?

Probably not, we are happy to assist and visit with guests, but we do not have front desk staff 24/7.

Do you have a restaurant on-site?

Houston has some of the finest restaurants a short drive away, but we do not have one on-site.

Do you have a list of restaurants that will deliver to the Inn?

Yes

Do you have a swimming pool?

There is no swimming pool.

Is this a good place for the business traveler?

Absolutely, we host numerous business travelers every week, and they love it. 

Do you have coffee makers in the rooms?

We have an on demand coffee system available 24/7 in our main breakfast room, but we do not have individual coffee makers in the rooms.  

Do you have event facilities?

Yes, we can accommodate up to 75 people.

Is it recommended that I rent a car for my visit to Houston?

It will depend on your transportation needs.  Some of our guests use rental cars, some use a cab as needed, while others who are visiting family in the Heights may simply have family pick them up and drop them off during their stay.

How far are you to the airports?

Approximately 18-22 miles from both airports.

Why should I stay at an Inn versus a big hotel?

An Inn is typically more comfortable, friendlier and more economical with free parking, free breakfast, free internet and free phone service.
